Slag Conveying System
The Slag Conveying System was designed for Nyrstar Port Pirie Smelter in November 2010.
The aim of the project was to replace inefficient loading system and minimize spillage during loading / conveying.
A new Slag Conveyor, Charge hopper, platform, entry, two chutes / transfer points, and guarding was designed to efficiently convey product while allow safe operation and loading of the Slag Conveying System.
