Silver Vacuum Unit
Silver Vacuum Unit was designed for Nyrstar Port Pirie Smelter in 2008.
This was an R&D project and the aim of it was to determine the best way of collecting silver cathode.
The presented design was to be build, tried and then updated with other futures such as wash tray(it would make the wash station redundant and speed up the loading of the Silver Conveyor.
After tests that unit is to be first out of 4 to be build.
As the final(future)aim of the project is to design 2 large stationary(central)vacuum units with system of piping that will collect the silver cathode.
